My personal and professional journey was shaped by the profound loss of my father at 15, which marked the beginning of an eight-year struggle with anorexia nervosa. During that time, I grappled with self-loathing, anxiety, and a fractured sense of identity. Recovery came only through confronting these struggles and embracing a full, imperfect self.
This lived experience now forms the foundation of my work, allowing me to offer deeply informed, compassionate care to others navigating similar challenges.
As the founder of Tüscher Psychology® Ltd., a well-established private practice based in Hong Kong, I specialise in psychological and nutritional rehabilitation, offering both in person and virtual services. I work with a global clientele, guiding individuals through tailored, evidence-based interventions to support their personal growth, recovery, and well-being.
